2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

While our Service creates content intended for children, the Service itself is designed to be used by parents, guardians, educators, or users aged 13 and older.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership and Licenses

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including:

• Edits and modifications you make to generated content

4.2 License to WonderSpun

By using the Service, you grant WonderSpun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except as required for backup or legal purposes.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Stories and illustrations generated by the AI are created based on your inputs. You may use this generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, please contact us for licensing information.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Create content that sexualizes minors or depicts child abuse
• Generate violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or parental consent for minors)
• Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide additional features, such as increased story generation limits and access to premium illustration styles.

6.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.

6.4 Refunds

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and illustrations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs
• Generated illustrations may not perfectly match character descriptions
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it with children

We implement content filters and safety measures, but no system is perfect. Parents and guardians should review all content before sharing with young readers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by WonderSpun and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDERSPUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderSpun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please stop using the Service.

16. Severability
